REFUND POLICY
- Refund will be considered if the item is damaged in transit.
- Return & replacement will be considered if the buyer has bought wrong item.
- Buyer needs to provide valid evidence of damaged item/wrong item by sending the relevant photos within 3 days of item received. Otherwise, item will be treated as received in good condition/as per ordered.
- Refund will be made within 21 working days.
- Mode of refund would be the same through which the payment was received. The amount refunded would be the actual cost of the item (shipping cost and GST tax would be deducted, wherever applicable).
- Refund/replacement is subject to approval
DELIVERY INFORMATION DELIVERY
- We aim to deliver in 5 to 15 working days where stock allows. If stock is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible.
- Claims for shortages or damage to the goods in transit must be notified in writing to the company within 7 days of receipt.
- If you are not in India, you may have to pay additional taxes and/or duty on imported goods, this is outside our control and payment of these charges is your responsibility.
- Goods are not supplied on a trial basis or on a use or return basis other than where covered by your Right to cancel below.
SHIPPING POLICY
- In event of courier package returned to us, because of incomplete or incorrect address, a flat courier charge of Rs. 150 will be charged to the customer which they will have to pay before it is re-shipped.
- Www.purnimameters.com ships orders to the exact address the customer has given on while order checkout. If the customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect address, and the package is returned to us, re-shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
- All orders received on Www.purnimameters.com will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping takes place on all days except for Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Any orders placed after 4PM IST on Saturdays will be shipped the following Monday.
- We aim to deliver your order in 4 to 7 working days. Delivering to remote areas might take 7-12 working days.
- Www.purnimameters.com is not responsible for unavoidable delays by the courier companies in delivering the product, or packages lost while in transit. Our responsibility ceases as soon as the order is handed over to the courier company.
- Claims for damage to the goods in transit must be notified by email to the company within 7 days of receipt.
- If you are not in India, you may have to pay additional taxes and/or duty on imported goods, this is outside our control and payment of these charges is your responsibility. International courier charges will be applicable as per the prevailing courier tariffs.
